OUR PASTOR
Bishop Leonard Thapelo Ramarumo is an esteemed leader, visionary, provocative thinker, Marriage officer and Councilor, a Preacher and teacher who serves as Senior Pastor of The New Creation Ministries, a humanitarian organization a church located in Pretoria (South Africa).
Bishop Ramarumo was raised in a Christian home and started serving the Lord at an early age where he was involved in a church choir and later became a choir leader. He served as a choir leader for many years and he then started to be more involved in fellowshipping. From 1989 to 1991 he served as a lay youth director at his home church while working full time at Old Mutual. He surrendered to the music ministry in 1991.
In the dawn of 1992, he answered God’s calling when he was ordained a Pastor and ever since he has been preaching the gospel and proclaiming Jesus as Lord and savior. Between the year 1999 and 2008 he worked extensively to reconcile his home church and it came to pass that on 2009 the church was again one as before. Bishop Ramarumo was consecrated to the bishopric in the year 2011 and has been faithfully serving.
One of the most difficult decisions which I have to make was to part ways with the church I was leading and I helped to reconcile into a big church. But because God wanted me to serve him somewhere I had to do it, but it was not easy. I had to pray and trust the Lord on this new journey.
Thapelo has certificate in Theology from World Bibles School. He also has qualification in Sales, Marketing and in Counseling.
Thapelo and Tabea Ramarumo got married on June 15, 2006. They are blessed with three children: Potso, Kabelo, and Lufuno.
In the year 2012 Bishop Ramarumo visited a church in Gauteng and the message for the day spoke to him and he started to put the pieces of the puzzle together because he was getting prophecies which he did not interpret properly until one day when his was prophesied in his absence through his wife about his ministry.
Bishop Ramarumo founded New Creation Ministries in the year 2014 as a family based church with his wife and children.

New Creation Ministries is a place and home of love. A home where families are renewing their covenant with the Creator. A home where the family is central to the Creator’s plan for the eternal destiny of His children. We are an independent church based in Pretoria South Africa.
This is a church for all ages, groups, ethnicity, race and socio-economic status. It is a church where people from all walks of life are welcome.
